Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Mid/Senior PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable web applications. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance SaaS applications using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony)
- Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Create and maintain automated tests (e.g. PHPUnit) to ensure high code quality
- Monitor application performance, investigate issues, and apply fixes in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute ideas to improve our stack, tooling, and workflows
- Take ownership of features and deliver them with a focus on performance, security, and usability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development;
- Advanced expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony) and modern PHP standards;
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and optimization techniques;
- Hands-on experience developing scalable, distributed systems with microservices and/or event-driven architecture;
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure);
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code;
- Experience with unit testing (PHPUnit), integration testing, and performance benchmarking;
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless architectures, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), or caching solutions (Redis, Memcached);
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React) for full-stack context;
- LLM integrations (OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, Antrophic's Claude etc)
- Experience with LangChain, and LangSmith
