JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. is a company focused on recruitment and personnel selection, matching candidates and other relevant personnel with the roles offered by companies looking to hire.
JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. provides services through which companies looking to hire and candidates interested in a new role can meet and discuss. Our company therefore acts as an intermediary that brings both parties together in order to facilitate the contracting of services.
3.2. All information on the website www.camelio.ro is the intellectual property of JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. in accordance with the Copyright Protection Act (Act No. 8/1996). All content published on the website (text, service descriptions, images, logos, colours, slogans, symbols, web graphics, videos, etc.) may be used only for the purpose of informing the Users and Buyers of the platform.
3.3. Photos displayed on the WEBSITE, edited or processed by JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L., may not be taken over or used without its consent;

The User/Customer has a limited upload allowance for resumes and has no right to download, partially or totally modify the SITE, partially or totally reproduce the SITE, copy, sell/resell or otherwise exploit the SITE for commercial purposes or for purposes contrary to the interests of JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL.

In the event that any inconsistencies are identified in relation to the data provided as a result of the assessments carried out, we reserve the right not to approve sending the information further to companies / clients. Each item of data will be deleted from our database after 3 years of inactivity on the user's side.
5.6. When using our website, the user can upload his/her CV containing personal data. Based on this, JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL will contact the person in order to learn more about their work experience, skills and other relevant professional abilities and preferences.
5.7. Based on the first discussion with our representatives, the person will be scheduled for interviews with client companies, in order to better understand the needs of the services to be provided.
6.1. The focus of our work is to bring together the relevant parties (candidates and companies), to look for the most suitable skills for the most suitable roles and to connect the two parties (service provider and service recipient).
6.2. Any additional obligations (e.g. of a contractual nature) arising in the relationship between our company, the candidate and the client will be dealt with separately, at the level of contracts concluded separately.

7.2. Any payments related to the services provided will be dealt with at the level of separate contracts.
8.1. For all the services promoted on www.camelio.ro, our company guarantees that it will take all the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure a high level of data security and confidentiality, even in the event of external threats (e.g. cyber attacks) to our website.
9.1. JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. is a personal data controller and will keep confidential all the data you provide. At the same time, we will ensure the security of the data provided and will take technical and organisational measures for their efficient management, strictly for the purposes stated in this contract.

11.1. This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between our company and Users or any interested party (e.g. Client-company) shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the courts provided for by civil law.

13.1. On the page www.camelio.ro/ro/test-conformitate-hr we make available a short test ("the Test") regarding the way in which a company meets its obligations under labour legislation.
13.2. The result of the Test, including the amounts and the fine ranges displayed, is an informational estimate generated automatically on the basis of the answers provided and of the fine ranges laid down by Romanian labour legislation. It does not take into account the complete factual and documentary situation of the company.
13.3. The Test does not constitute legal advice, does not constitute an audit or a labour inspection (ITM) check, and does not replace a specialist assessment or the advice of a qualified professional.
13.4. The fine ranges reflect the legislation in force in 2026 and may change; the amounts actually applied by the competent authorities are established on a case-by-case basis.
13.5. JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. (Camelio) accepts no liability for the decisions taken or not taken on the basis of the result of the Test.
13.6. Completing the Test does not in itself create a contractual relationship; the processing of the data submitted through the Test is described in the Privacy Policy.
